Re-checked 20 September 2026. The three published relationships were re-read and confirmed, and the province’s own site states the parentage directly. Ramon Guico Jr. has been 5th-district representative since 2022 after long service as Binalonan mayor; his son Ramon Guico III was Binalonan mayor, then representative, and has been governor since 2022; his son Ramon Ronald Guico IV has been Binalonan mayor since 2022. Maan Tuazon-Guico, the governor’s wife, lost the 2025 Urdaneta City mayoral race to Julio Parayno III. Dr. Arlyn Grace Guico holds no elective office and appears as the mother of officeholders. A 2022 Politiko report calls Guico Jr. a third cousin of former president Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo; that rests on a single source and is not drawn here. Ramon Guico Sr. is commemorated in Binalonan’s civic centre, but no source found says he held office. No marriage or blood link to any other Pangasinan family in this atlas was found.
