Celeste family of Pangasinan

Five Celeste brothers from Bolinao have held office since the 1990s: Jesus “Boying” (the eldest), Alfonso, Jorge, Arthur and Arnold “Noli”. A brother has held the 1st district House seat since 2001 (Arthur, then Jesus, Arnold and Arthur again), and the brothers alternate as Bolinao mayor and vice mayor. Arthur’s children are Alaminos Mayor Arth Bryan, City Administrator Arthur Jr. and DAR Undersecretary Kazel; Boying’s son Richard was Bolinao vice mayor. Agno Mayor John N. Celeste and Bolinao Councilors Gregorio, Rey Carlo and Josefino Celeste share the surname; no published source states how they are related, so they are not linked.
