Reviewed 20 September 2026, prompted by reader reports naming Uy (Burgos), Zuniega (Cordon) and Go (San Mariano). The Uy record had two people and no Zuniega record existed.

## Uy · Burgos and Aurora

Kervin Francis G. Uy was Burgos mayor from 2016 to 2022, his wife Isis Dominique T. Uy held the post from 2022 to 2025, and he won it back in 2025. Readers report that Aurora Mayor Joseph Christian “Niño” G. Uy is his brother; the two mayors share a middle initial in the provincial roster and Wikipedia’s community list of political families groups the Isabela Uys together, but no published source states the relationship. The same reports name William “Tet-Tet” Uy and Ester Resurreccion G. Uy as their parents and former Aurora mayors; nothing beyond that community list records their terms, so they are not shown. Burgos Councilor May Angela S. Uy and the Uys of Gamu, Cabatuan and Ilagan are not linked here either.

## Zuniega · Cordon

Mayor Florenz M. Zuniega’s own page biography calls the late Laurencio Zuniega “kanilang ama” and one of Cordon’s former town fathers, and names his sister Lynn as the sitting mayor. Lynn M. Zuniega-Dy led Cordon from 2019 to 2025 while Florenz topped the council from 2022; in 2025 they traded places, with Florenz taking the mayoralty over Victor Dy and Lynn becoming vice mayor. Councilor Jane Irene M. Zuniega-Salamat, who shares their middle initial, is reported to be a third sibling. Lynn’s married surname points to the Dy family of Isabela, and readers name her husband as former provincial board member Victor G. Dy, the candidate her brother beat in 2025; no source states the marriage, so the two families are not linked here.

Unchanged. Readers asked for Paula Cristina S. Go, described as a daughter of Mayor Ana Cristina Siquian Go and Vice Mayor Edgar “Bobot” Go and a barangay captain in San Mariano. No source names her in that post, so she is not added; the existing four-person record already carries the parents, Rep. Ed Christopher Go and Board Member Ed Christian Go.

## What the sources establish

- Burgos: Wikipedia’s mayor list gives Kervin Francis G. Uy July 2016 – June 2022 and its 2022–2025 council table gives Isis Dominique T. Uy as mayor; the 2025 result and the provincial roster return Kervin to the post. The two were already recorded as spouses.
- Aurora: the provincial roster and the 2025 result give Mayor Joseph Christian G. Uy. He shares Kervin’s middle initial, and Wikipedia’s community list of political families groups the Isabela Uys, but the brother link rests on reader reports.
- Cordon: the mayor’s own biography names their father Laurencio Zuniega, a former town mayor, and his sister Lynn; the provincial roster and 2025 results give the three current posts, and Wikipedia’s previous-term table shows Lynn as mayor with Florenz on the council.

- Lynn Zuniega-Dy’s marriage into the Dy family. Her married surname and two reader reports name former board member Victor G. Dy, who lost the 2025 Cordon mayoral race to her brother, but no source states it, so the Zuniega and Dy–Tan families stay unlinked.
