Isaias “Sonny” Ubaña II and his wife Rachel have traded the Lopez mayoralty and a Quezon 4th-district board seat between them since 2016; their daughter Ira Beatrice topped the 2025 Lopez council race. The reader's dates needed correcting in both directions — Sonny was not mayor continuously from 1992, and Rachel's provincial board service began long before 2025. The spousal tie is stated by the LGU's own history page; the two parent → daughter ties rest on the middle names in Comelec's certified lists rather than on a sentence in a news report, and are flagged as such in their evidence. New family; no existing atlas person is affected. The Quezon families already in the atlas (Tan, Alcala, Suarez, Enverga, Devanadera–Torres, Nantes, Portes, Reynoso) contain no Ubaña.
