Tony and Emi are children of former OIC Mayor Eduardo “Duay” Calixto and Leonora Gallardo Calixto. Their sister Leticia is former Councilor Joey Isidro’s mother; that link and the two Leticia sibling links rest on a single source, the 2019 city book, and no second statement naming her was found. Eduardo died on 9 March 2011, aged 87, per the same book, and a council resolution of 16 March 2011 calls him “the late”. Liga president Enrique D. Calixto sits on the council ex officio; his profile and the resolutions name no relation to this family, so he is not linked. No relative outside this record was found holding office: the spouses and the other children and grandchildren of Eduardo hold none.
